you can pick your favourite picture to be applied onto your IE bar

instead of IE, opera offer coloured skin browser
click view – colour scheme – choose your favourite color

Yahoo! Messenger

log in to your yahoo! messenger
click view – change skin
pick your best suited to your mood

Winamp

surf into www.winamp.com
choose skin tab on the menu
choose your desirable skin and download it
put the downloaded file into winamp skin folder
or, just to change the mood
right click on winamp
select skin – winamp modern
select options – color themes
select your own color selection
