I don’t blog much about love and relationship issue in my blog. The last time was the Summer Love on 2007. Here’s the sequel.
I am 22 years old and I’m still young. Why should I bother about getting married? However, after surfing Friendster, blogs and fotopages, there are too many issues regarding engagement, wedding and marriage. Deep inside my heart, I wish to get married soon. But I just realise that marriage is not about being eligible to have intimate relationship. Its more than that. Marriage is about role and responsibility.
I think one of the uniqueness being in UIA is that UIA promotes marriage rather than coupling. That’s why I can see many married students. I envied when watching them being together and enjoying their quality time. One of my friend is 6 months pregnant and another one is already has a baby girl.
Among the condition for my marriage are:
1. Short engagement period.
2. Hold the wedding ceremony in a hall, not at neighborhood road.
3. Don’t borrow any money for the ceremony and the hantaran.
4. Secure a job and get a car.
It is a very simple conditions but its not something that I can achieve in within this time. I’m still studying and will be graduating next year. I don’t have any job yet. I’m glad that my dad allow me to married first because he said that there’s no such thing as ‘langkah bendul’. I even asked my sister to hold our wedding together if I want to reduce the cost. One thing for sure, not everything will goes according to what we plan. Always prepare for the worst and expect the unexpected.
I’ve read a book titled ‘Aku Terima Nikahnya‘ by Bro. Hasrizal. You can check his blog at Saifulislam.com. This book had really opened my mind and broaden my perspective about marriage and family. I wonder why I don’t realise about this issue despite most UIA students learn ‘Parenting’ course in second year. Thanks to Bro. Ikhwan for borrowing me that book.
Its kinda funny when my friends think that I’m a playboy. The said that they used to see me ‘dating’ with different girls at HS cafe. I told them that she’s just a friend and sometimes I discuss about program, study or club activities. Its all my fault because in the early days, I don’t care to bring along third party in the discussion. I have changed since the last year and believe me when I said that I’m not interested to flirt deeply with girls anymore.
I always hope that all my friends can have a good relationship with their loved ones and get married soon. Don’t waste your precious time for the lovey dovey and sinful moment.

lol..the thing about being 1st daughter and 1st grandaughter is that people will start asking about your marriage when you turn 20. at first, I don’t really care, and so as my parent. they don’t care whether I wanna get married sooner or later.
but I feel pity for them because lately,their ipar duai started asking about having “kenduri” everytime they meet.. those people are really annoying! they should leave my parents alone.. yeah, you’re right..marriage is more than intimate relationship..
hehe. glad dat i’m not the first son or first grandchildren. if according to the ranking, my turn should be around 2010 perhaps..

this is what we called ‘fitrah’. regarding the ‘envy’ part, sy rase sume org pn rase cmtu kn..sabar je la eh. .
masing2 Allah dh ttp kn 4 pkara time kte dlm perut mak lg, maut, jodoh, rezeki n lg satu sy x igt..hehe. btw, correct me if im wrong

harharhar..perli la tu..guwe bukan hebat english pun, tapi tak sedar..dah tulis pjg2 baru sdar tertulis in english.. hmm..then you make it in Malay lah..
kalo buat layout kaler hitam, kompom akan guna kaler purple gak (my 2nd fave) tapi hitam+purple ni dah 4 kali guna sjak ada layout dlu2..
ala. baru nk tulis dlm english. xpe la sbb ko nk aku menggunakan bhs melayu.. aku sudi je..
try wat purple+putih la. biar je tulisan itam.. eh nnt jd mcm blog aku plak..
